Your tasks

• Collaborate on product development projects to create new summer replacement tires for the APAC region
• Drive the industrialization of new products in close alignment with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to technology development initiatives for the next generation of products
• Support and enhance existing product lines across the full product lifecycle, based on internal and external customer needs
• Plan, execute, and analyse tire tests to validate performance and quality
• Document and present new products and key results to stakeholders
• Engage in R&D projects such as technology rollouts and process optimization
• Build strong networks between central R&D, production sites, and marketing teams
• Prepare technical product presentations for launches and customer-facing events

Your profile

• Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field
• Solid experience in project management, ideally in a technical or R&D environment
• Strong intercultural awareness and ability to collaborate in international teams
• Ambitious, innovative, and focused on delivering results
• Reliable team player who thrives in performance- and goal-oriented environments
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
