We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Engineer to join our growing business. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a technical support or IT service delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016+ and the Microsoft 365 cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• A solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and VPNs.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Familiarity with Veeam Backup solutions.
• Experience working within a Windows domain environment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or outside normal hours when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain a range of physical and virtual servers (VMware), including patch management and Windows updates.
• Ensure high availability and security across servers, networks, and office hardware, maintaining system resilience and compliance.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365, adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, providing end-user support and assisting with IT setup tasks (e.g., desk setup, peripherals, etc.).
