Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure smooth content rollout and maintain consistency across platforms. Check DMs and comments, moderate them, route internally when needed, and ensure users receive timely responses. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, identifying new opportunities to keep the Stake Brazil relevant and engaging. Conduct competitor monitoring to inform content planning and engagement strategies, providing insights to the Social Media Manager for potential adjustments. Identify and flag potential trends, providing feedback to the Social Media Manager as needed. Track and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) to assess content effectiveness and guide future strategies. Support the Social Media Manager by providing insights on engagement trends and content performance for ongoing optimisation. Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to ensure planned content is prepared, on-brand, and ready for publication. Collaborate with other marketing team members and other business functions to ensure alignment between social media, content and broader company initiatives.
