Since 2003, Worley’s Alliance team has been successfully providing engineering services to Tomago Aluminium, one of Australasia’s largest aluminium smelters. Our projects range from minor works through to large transformational projects, offering variety across a large and diverse asset base. We are looking for a capable and motivated Project Engineer to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain site-based experience and accelerate your career with Worley. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and procurement activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost-effective and timely manner. Ensure projects conform to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements. Coordinate the review of technical data across a multidisciplinary engineering team. Engage directly with the client to ensure successful project delivery and continue to build strong relationships. Organise project schedule and cost control activities. About you Mechanical engineering background. Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to build, maintain and nurture client relationships. Experience applying lessons learnt and adopting innovative solutions for continual improvement. Availability to work Monday to Friday onsite at Tomago, NSW. Strong dedication to client satisfaction. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities at short notice.
