Job Description Aufgaben – Das erwartet Sie bei uns: Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Infrastrukturprojekten im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / HLKS. Technische und organisatorische Projektleitung von Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Medienversorgung, Betriebstechnik und technische Infrastruktur. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Abstimmung mit Fachplanern, Bauherren, Behörden, Dienstleistern und internen Kunden. Erstellung, Prüfung und Steuerung von technischen Unterlagen, Planungsständen, Ausschreibungen und Ausführungsunterlagen. Mitwirkung bei der Definition fachlicher Anforderungen für die TGA und die Betriebssicherheit. Koordination externer Planungs- und Ausführungspartner sowie Überwachung der Leistungserbringung. Unterstützung bei Vergabeprozessen, Nachtragsmanagement, Kostenverfolgung und Projektcontrolling. Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen, Inbetriebnahmen, Audits und Dokumentationsprozessen. Analyse technischer Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Projektsicherung. Qualifikationen – Was wir uns wünschen: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. in Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, TGA, Bauingenieurwesen, Infrastrukturmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, technische Infrastruktur oder TGA sind notwendig. Gute Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte sowie im Vertrags- und Nachtragswesen. Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Planungsbüros, Bauunternehmen und Behörden. Sicherer Umgang mit Kostenplanung, Terminsteuerung und Projektcontrolling. Kenntnisse relevanter technischer Regelwerke, gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Genehmigungsprozesse. Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement- oder Planungssoftware sind von Vorteil. Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
