We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead to join our Printed Circuit Board (PCB) team in Cheltenham. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma and/or relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Significant Manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office-based applications (Excel/PowerPoint)

• Own all solder process within the PCB manufacturing shop.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements across all owned processes.
• Responsible for coaching junior members of the team within relevant process engineering disciplines.
• Own and report out on process health improvement projects.
• Identify industry trends and ensure alignment of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that the organisation’s manufacturing processes comply with relevant policies and aerospace regulations.
• Perform risk and mitigation assessments.
• Identify/evaluate improvement opportunities.
• Co-ordinate and support the requirements needed from ME.
• Proactively manages workload.
• Communicates to internal customers and functional leadership.
