Tijdens jouw stage draai je volledig mee in de winkel, terwijl je goed wordt begeleid door je filiaalmanager. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er netjes uitziet en dat de luxe van de producten afspat. Je leert hoe je klanten het best kunt helpen en hoe je ze prikkelt om terug te komen naar jouw filiaal. Een snelle huidanalyse of een testertje van een geur voor mee naar huis? Geen probleem! En er is meer... als je een nieuwe collega aandraagt, ontvang je een bonus van € 100,- bruto voor een winkelmedewerker en maar liefst € 1.000,- bruto voor een leidinggevende functie. Mooi meegenomen, toch? Dit ben jij Je volgt momenteel een mbo-opleiding Retail of een beautygerichte mbo-opleiding op niveau 2. Je kunt minimaal 3 en maximaal 24 uur per week stage lopen in de winkel. Je wilt alles leren over werken met luxeproducten en het perfect adviseren van de klant. Niet geheel onbelangrijk: je bent gék op beauty. En stiekem te veel tijd kwijt aan het kijken van make-up tutorials, maar daardoor wel op de hoogte van de laatste trends op cosmeticagebied.
