• Project Planning & Execution
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects (web/mobile apps), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget targets are met
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable project plans, user stories, and milestones
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, risks, and resource utilization using a metrics-driven approach
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between Business, IT, and Development teams
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings
• Coordinate with external solution providers to align deliverables and ensure quality standards
• Tools & Methodologies
• Utilize JIRA to manage project tasks, sprint boards, backlog grooming, and reporting
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence or similar platforms
• Apply Agile and Scrum best practices; familiarity with hybrid models is a plus
• Risk, Quality & Communication
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Provide regular status reports to senior stakeholders and drive decision-making processes
• Ensure high levels of transparency and communication within the project team
