JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within residential and commercial settings, including hospitals and estates. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable, particularly in healthcare or hospital environments.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in various settings is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this role.
  • A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is crucial.

  • Follow specific cleaning protocols for different environments, particularly within hospital settings to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with the organisation of cleaning schedules and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while on duty, representing the organisation positively at all times.
