Following an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join our newly opened Glasgow office. The successful candidate will manage a varied case load including road traffic, employee liability and public liability cases, ensuring the best possible recovery is made in relation to the heads of claim and that the appropriate policies and procedures are followed.
Winn Solicitors (Scotland) LLP opened in June 2023 to offer a specialist accident claim service, focusing on all elements of the claims process to help our clients deal with the fall-out of a non-fault accident.

• Maximise income per case through recovery of damages to include hire, repairs, recovery and storage.
• Prepare and conduct the case thoroughly ensuring the ingathering of all requisite evidence.
• Report issues, problems and compliance breaches in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management.
• Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with service level agreements.
• Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used;
• Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.
