Salary: If a range is being advertised: £50,000-£56,000 + London Weighting (£5,164) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

THE ROLE

As a producer, you will oversee staff, mentor new talent, and contribute to showcasing the BBC as a great place to work. This dynamic role involves managing localisation, collaborating with diverse talent, and working across varied content formats in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong account and people management skills are essential.
