Vos missions seront les suivantes : Dans le cadre de l’activité « gestion personnalisée » : Approche client : Enregistrer les déclarations de sinistres corporels, Assurer une gestion proactive des dossiers, avec un sens client / victime élevé au travers de nos différents outils de communication (téléphone, mails, courriers…), Assurer le suivi du dossier en tenant informé le client et les tiers (compagnies, experts…) et récolter toutes précisions utiles à l’instruction du dossier. Approche technique Vérifier les garanties et prendre les mesures conservatoires, Apprécier les responsabilités et identifier le cadre juridique du dossier, les conventions applicables (IRCA, IRSA, Etat…) et les règles de droit applicables, Evaluer et maitriser les coûts techniques et assurer le suivi du dossier, Missionner les prestataires, suivre et analyser leurs conclusions. Approche collaborative : Contribuer à l’esprit d’équipe et adopter une posture constructive avec tous les interlocuteurs internes / externes, Proposer des idées d’améliorations de la satisfaction client, des processus et des résultats techniques.
