Help to conduct new CNC programs trial runs and acceptance. Help to prepare and build of PPAP packages for new parts. Work in Pump Housing Deburr/Wash/Inspection production area. Help to develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards: Work Instructions, Control Plans, PFMEA#s, gage logs, etc. Work with Solid Work to improve design of machining fixtures, gages, robots’ grippers, WPC. Help to develop workplace layouts and material flow. Support digital dynamic supermarket implementation. Maintain electronic tool tracking data base and tool cost tracking charts, oversee tool cost spending. Unplanned changed tools review, troubleshooting, disassembly, corrective actions implementation. Hand timing equipment (SW and SCT) cycle time including timing for individual tools for cycle time improvement.
