Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in Killeen, Texas, in a temp direct outpatient orthopedic role focusing on the military population. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to work with a diverse group of patients including active duty members, veterans, and geriatrics. Killeen, Texas is a vibrant city known for its rich history and community events. It’s home to the Killeen Arts & Activities Center, hosting a variety of events downtown, while the Centex Race Series provides an active community atmosphere. This setting offers a fulfilling community engagement experience outside of work. The healthcare facility provides exceptional services including cardiology, surgery, women’s health, and more, reflecting a culture of excellence and commitment. Enjoy working in state-of-the-art facilities with a supportive team, helping you manage a patient volume of 12-17 visits per day. You will be working a Monday to Friday schedule, with optional hours from 8 AM to 6 PM, and a shorter day on Friday ending at 4 PM. This role also involves no on-call requirements. It’s a great opportunity to advance your outpatient orthopedic skills while enjoying the supportive community of Killeen. For additional assistance during your engagement, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will be available to manage caseloads.
