VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:

• In general, our hospital clients require workers to have current Covid-19, influenza, MMR, Hepatitis B and C, Varicella, TDAP, and TB vaccinations. Current vaccination against Covid-19 and negative testing for Covid-19 are required of workers at hospital sites, subject to legal exceptions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated ability to use good judgment, and common sense and make good decisions
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience
• 3 years of direct or related experience working in an acute care clinical setting
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train others. Strong active listening, oral, and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, sell ideas, and influence outcomes across an organization
• Background in Safety Management, Development, and Training
• Ability to assess complex issues, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and possess good numeracy skills
• Ability to work independently, good organizational skills, proactive, and highly self-motivated. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take the lead.
• Experience conducting Safety risk assessments, job site analysis, product evaluations, and injury prevention program development, implementation, and training
• Knowledge of personal computers and mobile devices and various software programs (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling and Time and Labor software
• CPR/BLS Certification with American Heart Association required
• EMT Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Physical requirements include 8+ hours on your feet and the ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Operations team, the Program Manager leads the delivery of the Atlas Mobility Solution, Safe Patient Handling and Mobility (SPHM) programs. The Program Manager acts as an operations lead across multiple sites and will function as a combination of a lead program and account manager. Program Managers and Directors of Operations will collaborate across multiple sites within a geographic area. This integrated approach ensures consistent program management,* account management,* staffing oversight, and clientengagement, driving high focus toward meeting or exceeding client expectations and ensuring comprehensive coverage across each region.
