THE TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (TO)’S ROLE IS TO ENSURE THAT WE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Transformation Office Director (TOD) will report directly to the Process Lead in the Transformation Office and will manage 3-4 Big Rock initiatives inside the Transformation Office. Each initiative has a named Executive Sponsor and Initiative Leader to define and drive the individual initiative. The TOD will partner with the initiative leaders across all 3-4 initiatives in onboarding, managing, and coaching initiative teams. He/she will ensure the initiative team captures value leveraging the guidance, methodologies, and processes established by the Transformation Office and will facilitate escalation and removal of impediments.
This role will also serve as a change agent in the organization and will promote new ways of working, while heavily aligning with the Heartbeat proprietary system for how GEHC executes on the delivery of our Strategy with a Lean mindset.
