Job Description As a Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of group bookings across our Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound FIT reservation inquiries - from initial contact through to post-stay follow-up. Converting group inquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising revenue and guest satisfaction. Collaborating with hotel teams to coordinate group logistics and ensure seamless service. Acting as the first point of contact for group bookings and fostering strong client relationships.
