You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our valued customers, from greeting them warmly to taking orders, serving dishes, and attending to their needs throughout their visit.
What you’ll be doing
Greeting customers and guiding them to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanour
Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and attentive manner
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including setting and clearing tables
Addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and courteously
Assisting with general kitchen and dining room duties as required
Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive dining experience
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends as required
A team-oriented approach and the willingness to assist colleagues as needed
