As a supervisor you will:

• Perform daily duties which involves day to day operation of the restaurant.
• Address any issues and complaints that our guests may have.
• Recruit, train and supervisor staff.
• Assist restaurant manager with operation of business.
• Maintain food quality and standards set by A&W.
• Promote a friendly and team work orientated working environment.
• Enforce A&W policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and representation of A&W brand.

JOB TYPE: Full Time - (Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend)
Education - High school, Diploma, food safe, WHIMIS would be an asset.
Experience: Prior supervisory experience preferably in a fast food environment.
