JOIN THE TEAM AT LITTLES MIDNIGHT BAKERY
Position: Cook / Kitchen Assistant (Growth into Lead Kitchen)
Location: 205 Main Street, Port Stanley, Ontario inside The Telegraph House
Pay: $17.60
Availability: 8 - 24+ hours a week - Must be available on weekends.
Shift: 930am - 430pm or anything in between.
Availability For Occasional Evening Events

Our bakery is tucked inside the beautiful, historic Telegraph House in Port Stanley, where we share a charming space with Latika Fashions. Here, guests can enjoy more than just great food and drinks — they get a full “shop and sip” experience. From wine and bakery treats to style and service, you’ll help create a space that’s as warm and unique as the people who walk through our door.
We serve up delicious drinks, fresh-baked treats, simple lunch menu items and good vibes. With our modern buzzer system and casual table service, we keep things efficient but never impersonal. QUALIFICATIONS:
Kitchen Experience preferred.
Food Handlers Certificate is required.
Smart Serve is a bonus but not required.
Must be comfortable being on your feet and multitasking
Must be 18+
YOUR ROLE AT LITTLES
In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping create a positive and creative kitchen environment, where quality and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Working alongside an experienced chef, you’ll be producing dishes that look amazing and taste exceptional, while developing your own culinary skills. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility — eventually stepping up to run the kitchen yourself.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Open the kitchen to prepare for service
Keep record of low stock items
Prep items if needed for service
Respond to chit machine orders promptly
Make & Plate all menu items according to standard
Dishwashing
Refill and restock items as needed
Maintain cleanliness inside the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness in and outside the bakery, including sweeping/blowing debris from the patio, cleaning the bathroom, and maintaining a clean bar area.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable attitude are key.
You will help uphold the brand’s standards of service and contribute to the smooth operation of the bakery.
