SUMMARY

This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start/ enhance their experience in the hospitality industry while learning about Spanish food, wine, beers, and cocktails. As a server at Tapagria, you’ll manage your own section with your server, engage with guests, explain our menu and features, and introduce diners to the Spanish style of dining.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Familiarity with all menu items
Interacting with guests and taking orders for drinks, snacks, and meals
Verifying customer identification and ensuring compliance with Smart Serve regulations
Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant space
Polishing and distributing glassware and flatware
Busing tables
Coordinate with the BOH staff
Assist servers to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Preferred Experience and Skill Set:
Previous experience as a server
Familiarity with POS systems
General knowledge of food and wine
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and collaborative
