We’re a busy, daytime-only restaurant known for our fresh, delicious breakfasts and lunches. As a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Breakfast Cook, you’ll be part of a supportive team preparing classic breakfast and lunch dishes in a fast-paced kitchen — with the bonus of no late-night shifts. — What You’ll Do Prepare and cook breakfast favorites (eggs any style, pancakes, waffles, omelets, bacon, hashbrowns, etc.) and lunch items (sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads). Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cooking station. Work as part of a team to deliver quick and accurate service during busy rush periods. Complete opening and closing duties, including prep, cleaning, and equipment shutdown. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and temperature control standards. — What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Breakfast Cook, or in another high-volume kitchen role (breakfast experience is an asset). Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy service periods. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
