We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation is essential.

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines during all food handling processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the food service environment.
