They work in a fast-paced environment, typically assigned to a specific station within the kitchen, such as the grill or fry station. Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation and Cooking:Preparing ingredients, portioning food items, and cooking food to Montana’s specifications and standardized recipes.
• Quality Control:Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature, appearance, and portion size, meeting the restaurant’s established food quality standards.
• Station Maintenance:Keeping their assigned cooking station clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Teamwork:Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Following Procedures:Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as restaurant procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is often preferred, with some roles requiring specific experience in food handling and cooking.
