Known for our scratch-made comfort food, great drinks, and lively atmosphere, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Nights and weekends are our busiest times, so flexibility and availability during those shifts are essential.
Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standardsSet up and stock stations with necessary supplies before serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesFollow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standardsAssist with prep work such as chopping, portioning, and marinatingOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistencyCommunicate and coordinate with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house teamHandle high-volume service while maintaining speed and accuracyAssist in closing duties, including cleaning and restocking for the next shift
Qualifications:Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced team environmentBasic understanding of cooking techniques and food safety practices
