JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and friendly service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent guest services will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math skills are applied during payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
