Graffiti Market is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Servers/Bartenders to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing friendly, attentive, and professional service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Cash handling and POS experience
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
• Positive, people-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Dependable, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Smart Serve Certification (required)
• High school diploma an asset but not required

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
• Take accurate orders and deliver them promptly
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar as required
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with team members across FOH and BOH to deliver seamless service
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
