JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all customers receive timely and friendly service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with knowledge of Micros POS systems being a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, including processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing, payments, and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
