We are looking for a part-time individual to join our accounting team! If you are balancing daily family and life responsibilities with work, this is a perfect position for you. We are looking for Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm.
Monday-Friday is required but there is some flexibility in the daily hours for the right candidate.
Lots of opportunity to grow in the dealership and potentially increase hours if desired.

Job Duties:

  • Daily reconciliation of cash and tills
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation and accounting entries
  • Assist with Reception coverage as necessary
  • Enjoy math and working with numbers
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Excellent guest service demeanor
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working with a team or independently as needed
  • General office clerical work as required
  • Experience with Google Docs / Sheets.
