JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our fast casual burgers restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role requires a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, food handling, and food safety standards is essential.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures within the kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in meal preparation and contribute to menu planning as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices.
