We’re looking for a Senior Café Server to take the lead in our vibrant Courtyard Café — someone who can keep service smooth, staff motivated, and guests delighted, all while maintaining the highest standards in quality and hospitality.

DUTIES:

• Lead by example on the café floor, demonstrating top-tier service and professionalism.
• Train and mentor café team members, fostering growth and confidence.
• Ensure quality — from food presentation to drink prep, nothing escapes your eye.
• Keep operations sharp by completing daily checklists, maintaining supply levels, and supporting accurate cash-outs.
• Handle guest feedback with care and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness to the highest standards — from handwashing to hazard reporting.
