Experience:

• Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred

• You will be responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the restaurant, along with the General Manager
• You will assist with the management of the daily operations of a fast-casual restaurant.
• You will provide the highest level of BFF Guest Experience at all times.
• You will conduct orientation, train and coach all team members.
• You will assist with managing staffing and scheduling of the team.
• You will uphold expectations surrounding food quality, food safety and guest experience.
• You will ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
• You will be responsible for inventory control and weekly inventory counts.
• You will be responsible for multiple food and supply orders each week.
• You will help solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency and productivity.
• You will assist in reviewing operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• You will lead from the front, leading by example and setting the example for your direct reports.
