About the Role: The F&B Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, bar, banquet events. This position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities, managing staff performance, maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience. The supervisor will coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
