Co-op and Career Advisor, Edwards School of Business Summary: The co-op and career advisor coordinates and administers all aspects of the college’s mentorship program. This position will serve a key role in college outreach and engagement activities related to student employment and industry relationships. Key responsibilities include advising students on career development and employability, and designing and delivering workshops, information sessions, and events to prepare students for future employment. This role also includes supporting co-op recruitment and admissions, administering work placements, conducting site visits, resolving issues, and evaluating student performance. Working collaboratively as part of a team, the advisor contributes to the successful development and delivery of programs and events related to career services.
