Reporting to the Director, Systems Integration and supporting the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation Program, the Coordinator provides confidential, professional assistance and day to day operational support for programs within the Strategy & Transformation portfolio. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and assisting in the execution of projects, client support, and processes and programs within the Transformation and Systems Integration Programs. The Coordinator acts as a liaison both internally and externally to enable both programs to efficiently and effectively implement strategic and operational goals and initiatives. This role is solution-focused, requiring the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities with a positive attitude, taking initiative, and using judgment in developing, adapting and applying processes to address arising program needs with great attention to detail. Additionally, the Coordinator supports the Director, Systems Integration and Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation and is responsible for coordination of schedules, correspondence with internal and external stakeholders and other duties related to effective and efficient operations of the programs. 1. Graduate of Community College Program 2. Project Management Program or minimum of 3 years related experience preferred. 3. Microsoft Office Specialist Certification or demonstration of advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications, inclusive of advance skills in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Projects and WORD 4. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts. 5. Ability to work on own initiative, organize and establish priorities 6. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet project and task deadlines 7. High attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Superior verbal and written communication skills. 9.
