This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by being visible in the field, supporting teams, and creating solutions. You will help ensure children have a safe, engaging, and positive experience during their after-school hours. What Success Looks Like Successful Area Directors: Staffing Sites are fully staffed each day with proactive scheduling and strong team support. Coverage needs are addressed before they impact children, families, or staff. Program Quality Programs provide engaging, consistent experiences for children. Site Directors and staff receive regular coaching and support. Compliance Programs maintain all required state licensing standards. Records, certifications, and safety requirements remain current. Enrollment Programs meet enrollment goals. Families have positive experiences that encourage continued participation. School Partnerships Principals and school staff view Healthy Kids Programs as a reliable, responsive partner. Building-level concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience and Education Associates degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
