As a TMS Coordinator I, you are a key leader in your clinic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting patients through their care journey. You’ll also step in to support TMS treatments as needed, helping deliver an exceptional experience at every stage. TMS Coordinator Responsibilities Greet and support patients throughout their visits with warmth and professionalism. Collect and manage patient payments using Transaction Express, including setting up recurring payment plans. Process New Patient Packets (NPP) and collect required documentation and signatures (e.g., ROI forms). Maintain clinic inventory, order supplies, and keep the clinic environment clean and organized. Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-ups with accuracy and urgency. Perform regular chart audits and assist with administrative provider documentation. Monitor and report patient concerns, care feedback, and operational issues to leadership. Encourage patients to leave Google reviews to support clinic awareness. Assist with TMS equipment setup and provide treatment coverage as needed (training provided). Support technicians with clinical flow and ensure sessions run smoothly.
