Vous intégrez une équipe dédiée à la réalisation des projets clé en main pour nos clients en France et à l’international. Votre mission principale sera de concevoir, d’optimiser et de superviser les procédés de fabrication pour garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des produits pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques tout en améliorant la performance industrielle de nos clients. En étroite collaboration avec l’équipe projet, vous concevez des projets dans le respect du budget et des délais. Votre mission : Participer à la phase de conception des projets (dimensionnement et calculs, listes d’équipement et spécifications techniques, descriptif fonctionnel des installations), et, en lien avec le bureau d’études, s’assurer de la bonne adéquation des PID et des plans 3D avec les attendus du client ; Initier les demandes d’achats, suivre les réceptions du matériel et en vérifier la conformité avec le cahier des charges ; Participer aux tests, à la phase de mise en service sur site, aux opérations de qualification, ainsi qu'à la formation du client à l'utilisation de l'équipement ; Fiabiliser la documentation technique pour qu’elle corresponde aux spécifications client ; Accompagner les équipes d’Ingénieurs Process par la transmission de l’expertise et le partage des bonnes pratiques du métier.
