TrustonTap works differently to a standard domiciliary care agency. We are an introductory agency which means all our carers work on a self-employed basis (if you are not sure whether this is right for you, please get in touch with us). This means you have complete flexibility about the Live-in care clients you take on and the weeks you work

AS YOU WILL BE MANAGING THE CARE YOU PROVIDE, WITH OUR SUPPORT, YOU NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR’S CARE EXPERIENCE.

You would either have your food provided or would receive an allowance for your food. You would have your own bedroom.
Arrangements vary but most of our assignments are either 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off in rotation with a second carer. For some assignments we are very flexible and can discuss your rotation with you at the time, depending on the client needs.
