Build and maintain a professional working relationship with Airbus security management to maximise service delivery. Ensure SLAs and KPIs are reviewed, managed, and met weekly. Promote and uphold health & safety standards, including assignment instructions and risk assessments. Ensure all incidents are reported in line with customer policies and procedures. Manage recruitment, staff development, ER cases, grievances, and disciplinaries. Support cost control, monthly dashboard reporting, and operational data accuracy.
