Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Effectively process alarm activations across a variety of platforms in accordance with customer-defined specifications ensuring a duty of care to all staff Manage mobile alarm call outs and provide solutions in a timely manner Monitor CCTV and respond to all customer requests relating to their alarm system and escalate issues accordingly.
