Job Responsibilities Preparing, loading and unloading the delivery vehicle. Adhere to all state and company driving regulations and policies. Provide excellent customer service. Complete deliveries in a timely and safe manner Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Set and achieve the highest standards in warehouse/wholesale execution. Follow assigned delivery routes. Perform basic truck maintenance, such as refueling, doing a visual inspection and reporting potential issues. Complete any paperwork related to the deliveries and complete reports as required. Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding proper operations of the warehouse. Using additional equipment, such as forklifts and dollies, as needed. Pulling orders Ensuring that all orders have been printed and available for picking Ensuring adherence to TABC rules and regulations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders have been pulled accurately. Full knowledge of all TABC regulations that apply to the company. Physical Requirements The ability to stand for 4-hour intervals, for a total of 8 hours per day, for up to 40 hours per week. The ability to frequently climb a ladder The ability to frequently twist, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl. The ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly. The ability to work 8 hours at a time. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct reports. Expected Hours of Work A typical work week includes Monday-Saturday (business is closed every Sunday). The requirements for hours of work are stated below: Availability to work all regular hours scheduled by a member of management per week Availability to work hours within 6:00am-8:00pm Availability to work closing and opening shifts Availability to work on weekends and holidays Travel Minimal to no travel within multiple Texas locations in all major cities/regions.
