  • Supporting education, appointments, activities and community engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate daily records, incident reports and relevant documentation.
  • Working closely with families, social workers, healthcare professionals, schools and other agencies.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who are calm under pressure, emotionally resilient and genuinely passionate about supporting young people.

You don't necessarily need to have experience in every area, but experience of working with children or young people with complex needs, challenging behaviour, mental health needs, trauma or high-risk behaviours would be highly desirable.

  • Supported living
  • Complex care
  • Mental health services
  • Autism and learning disabilities
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Behavioural support
  • Crisis intervention
  • Safeguarding

Full training will be provided, so we also welcome applications from people with the right attitude, values and commitment who are looking to develop their career in specialist care.

  • Competitive salary
  • Advance planned rota’s
  • Consistent shifts
  • Full induction and ongoing training
  • Specialist training in complex needs and behavioural support
  • Opportunities for career progression
