Description
Our mission is to become the financial and revenue operating system for primary care practices. We help dental and veterinary clinics manage how money flows into the practice - from patient access and onboarding, to payments, memberships, financing, insurance, and reporting - in one coherent system. Rather than treating payments, plans, and finance as separate tools, we combine them into a single operating layer that reflects how practices actually run their business. There are three structural shifts reshaping primary care right now: Patient access is moving beyond opening hours. Clinics are under pressure to be available when patients want to engage, not just when the front desk is staffed. Voice and chat interfaces are becoming the new front door to care. Revenue is becoming structured, not ad-hoc. Memberships, financing, and insurance are increasingly used to smooth cashflow, improve access, and increase predictability — particularly as NHS capacity declines and private care expands. Practices need better financial insight, not more software. Owners and managers want to understand whether their pricing, plans, and utilisation make economic sense — without becoming analysts or relying on opaque tools. Today, we support over 6,000 dental practices across the UK. 100 more join our platform every month. Tabeo is the dominant market leader for patient finance and seeks to dominate membership plans next. Beyond payments, we are launching a voice/chatAI solution that complements our existing products. Tabeo is profitable. We seek to grow revenue by 50-60% per year and exceed £25 million ARR in 2028. We believe in a remote first approach to work and equip teams with perks and tools so they can thrive. However, we all come together 2x per year for our amazing ‘Team Weeks’. We previously met in Dubai, Lisbon, London and Athens. Next is a surprise! About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive (L2 or L3) to cross sell our ‘Plans’ product to existing dental practices on our platform. This is a pure individual-contributor role for high-performing sellers who want to focus on winning deals, mastering their craft, and earning well in a performance-driven environment. You’ll own the full outbound sales cycle end-to-end, working remotely in a video-first setup with occasional travel for conferences and key customer meetings. This role suits someone who enjoys pace, consistency, and closing frequently. Responsibilities: Outbound Sales & Pipeline Ownership Build and manage a pure outbound pipeline, from first contact to close Prospect and engage dental practice owners and, practice managers, and group stakeholders Maintain a structured sales funnel with clear stages, next steps, and closing Use CRM and calling tools to manage activity, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene Sales Conversations & Objection Handling Run structured, consultative discovery focused on practice goals, current setup, migration risk, and success criteria Address objections with logic, empathy, and proof, building confidence in execution rather than applying pressure Navigate longer sales cycles confidently, maintaining momentum and disengaging cleanly from poor-fit opportunities when needed Product & Commercial Selling Sell plan migrations, bulk transfers, and conversion strategies with a strong focus on operational confidence Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging practice owners, managers, and group stakeholders Deliver tailored product demonstrations using practice-specific data and scenarios Create personalised follow-ups for decision-makers to reinforce value and next steps Targets & Performance Sign £20k–£30k+ in new ARR every month. No credit for inbound. Only for referrals and outbound. Maintain strong conversion rates from conversation to contract Collaboration & Referrals Build and maintain strong referral relationships with customers and partners Share structured market and competitor insights with Product and Leadership teams Work as a team player, supporting peers and contributing to a high-performance sales culture Proven experience in B2B, ideally SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments Strong outbound sales background Strong track record selling remotely and over video Experience working in high-growth, performance-driven environments Confident in managing your own pipeline and close cadence Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or key meetings Nice-to-have Experience with subscription products, migrations, or process change Exposure to regulated or technical products Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive Competitive salary Remote-first working £2,000 annual training and development budget Fully equipped home-office setup AXA Business Health private medical cover (UK), including dental, optical, life assurance, wellbeing support and gym discounts Electric car scheme 24 days’ annual leave plus a day off for your birthday Enhanced parental leave Fertility treatment leave (up to 5 days per year) Contributing pension scheme (UK) Company trips, offsites, and team get-togethers we actually look forward to We seek a fully remote candidate from the UK
Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will own the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with dental practices. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting consultative sales conversations, and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
