Role Purpose: The aim of the role will be to provide senior pharmacist professional expertise which provides strategic and professional leadership of pharmacy services and medicines management activities across the organisation. The role will engage and work with existing organisational structures and stakeholders. Reporting directly to our Group Chief Nursing Officer & Chief Operating Officer the role will have direct management of a team of 8 and strategic direction setting for the whole of the Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Assistants population across the UK. This group totals around 195 staff.
