This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within cancer care, supporting ward-based activities and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. The successful candidate will play a key role in the clinical workflow, from medicines reconciliation to discharge facilitation and dispensary duties. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive ward-based clinical pharmacy services, including clinical checking and medicines reconciliation. • Undertake clinical checking and processing of discharge prescriptions to support patient flow. • Support dispensary operations, including final technical checking in line with competency. • Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise pharmaceutical care for oncology patients. • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality patient-centred care.
