Job Summary Under the direction of the Manager, the Senior Consultant will develop and provide solutions for clients pursuing operational excellence and/or technical solutions. They will be mentored by a Senior Manager/Manager or self-managed and interface regularly with clients and others within or outside of the firm. They will mentor consultants in their training and development, and help lead and shape the delivery resources, in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
