Under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider, the LPN assists in patient care, treatment, and comfort. Provide patient care based on an individualized plan delegated by the Registered Nurse/Physician. Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs, wound care, drains, and lab values. Assist with medical procedures, treatments, and medication administration as per scope of practice. Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment following safety and infection control protocols.
