Overview The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Healthcare Senior Change Management Specialist to join our team at Texas Oncology. This position will support Texas Oncology locations. Some travel may be necessary, up to 20%. As transformation efforts continue to scale, the Senior Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in shaping how change is planned, delivered, and sustained at Texas Oncology. This individual will lead endtoend change management efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives, working closely with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure readiness, alignment, and adoption. The role is responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption of transformation change initiatives.
