Respond to emergency situations such as accidents and injuries crimes and safety hazards. Provide assistance and summon the proper authorities. 7. Respond to inquiries and assist Hospital personnel; provide assistance in restraining of psychiatric patients as requested. 8. Secure and unlock offices and facilities. 9. Secure patient valuables and lost and found articles. 10. Maintain required records and reports and files as required. Maintain department equipment and supplies. 11. Attendance required at all education and in-service training programs. 12. Practices according to entity mandatory requirements. 13. Practices according to department expectations. 14. Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities. 15. Complies with all administrative policies and procedures. 16. Demonstrates basic computer ability. 17.
