YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can handle every IT/AV issue a pub throws at you, including:

• Managing and troubleshooting Wi‑Fi networks & routers
• Maintaining or fixing till systems (POS) and card payment terminals
• Supporting TVs, karaoke gear, sound systems, lighting, and AV setups
• Dealing with cabling, switches, and general pub IT infrastructure
• Being responsive during busy hours, with a calm, solution-oriented attitude
• Quick communication—English required, German a bonus
• Previous experience in hospitality tech or freelance IT/AV support preferred

• Ensure our Wi‑Fi network stays strong and stable, especially during busy nights
• Fix and support tills and card readers, ensuring payment systems run smoothly
• Set up and troubleshoot TVs, sound systems, and karaoke equipment
• Handle lighting and cabling issues, keeping the pub’s atmosphere seamless
• Respond quickly if systems fail—guests don’t wait for tech downtime
• Advise on upgrades or improvements to our tech setup for better reliability and guest experience
