What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take Command of a Section: Help with all aspects of food preparation, cooking and service, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Chef position.
  • Qualifications: Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management certification or equivalent.
  • Work Rights: Must have Australian work rights.
