BOWLTIFUL is an established and fast-growing hospitality brand known for our signature hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodles. With a strong focus on quality, cultural authenticity, and exceptional customer service, we strive to deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.
As we continue to expand, we are hiring Back-of-House (BOH) Kitchen Staff to maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect. This is a physically demanding role that requires discipline, speed, and attention to detail.

As a Back-of-House team member, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen prep stations
• Cooking noodles according to exact specifications (timing, garnishes, toppings)
• Managing stir-fry or BBQ sections (if applicable)
• Following hygiene, halal, and food safety standards at all times
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
• Communicating effectively with front-of-house staff and kitchen team members
• Following all opening and closing checklists with no shortcuts

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are punctual and reliable
• Can work quickly and cleanly under pressure
• Follow instructions precisely
• Take pride in food presentation, preparation and team coordination
• Can lift, stand, clean and perform physically demanding kitchen tasks
• Prior kitchen experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who shows strong work ethic and commitment.
